I am a graduate of The Florida School of Massage and have been a board-certified, licensed massage therapist since 2002 through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCTMB).
During my first 10 years in practice, I worked closely alongside chiropractors, gaining invaluable experience treating a wide range of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. This collaborative setting allowed me to refine my clinical skills and integrate diverse therapeutic techniques and equipment to support recovery and long-term wellness.

I specialize in addressing injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal imbalances. My approach is highly intuitive, blending multiple modalities based on the unique information each client’s body presents during a session. I believe the body holds innate wisdom and, when supported properly, knows how to heal.
My work is slow, intentional, and precise. I remain attuned to when to adjust pressure, when to check in, and when steady, consistent contact is most supportive. I take particular satisfaction in detailed, focused work that meets the specific needs of each individual rather than following a routine approach.
Presence is as essential to my work as technique. I view it as a subtle yet powerful component of healing. Massage therapy, practiced with intention and awareness, nourishes the body, mind, and spirit-encouraging deeper self-connection and enhancing our relationships with others.
Massage therapy is my passion, and I am grateful to continue this meaningful work after more than two decades in practice.
Outside of my work, I am deeply devoted to my family and feel especially blessed to be a grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters. I cherish time spent with loved ones and enjoy running, traveling, cooking, and reading books that inspire personal growth.
Above all, I love to play, embrace life with curiosity, and meet each day with joy.
